HP OfficeJet 3835 All-in-One Printer

In July, I was charged £17.99 as I forgot to cancel my trial, I then changed to the 50 page £1.99 plan on 22nd July 2020. However never used it so went to the free plan. I then noticed the free plan was now 99p so kept this and was happy to pay any extra for the extra per 10 pages I used, until I was charged £17.99 again for the 700 page plan which I do not have?? + £7 for 70 extra pages I used which If i had the 700 plan I wouldn’t have needed? I have not changed to that plan, I have my last 2 payment plan change emails (July and november after I realised I was being charged for the £17.99 one) and I’m confused can anyone help?
