I got 2 emails that the billing didn’t go through.

After the first email I checked with my billing info to be secure , and updated it (even though it was already correct).

The second email came a day later stating again that the billing didn’t go through.

Mind you that the card was already in use the same day and everything was OK, still I contacted my bank regarding the issue.

After a 10minute search , they told me that the card has no issue , and aren’t blocking the transaction on their part.

I was told that the receiver has blocked the transaction.

Since the printer is in work place I can’t play around with this … since the emails states that at 11/6 I won’t be able to print any longer.

What is going on?

How am I supposed to solve this , once again trying to find a solution is a literal nightmare, in countless pages , after page after page that all just say “update your payment info”, and then what???
