I can't update the payment method and despite having tried several times it tells me that the type of credit card is not accepted while before the card I inserted was adequate.
but now due to this delay in payment I can no longer print because my account is suspended

I understand that you are unable to update the payment details, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps:- 

Change payment information for Home / Home Office

  • Sign into your Instant Ink account.
  • Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
  • Click Change Payment Method to open the Billing details window.

And if the issue still persists, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.

Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
