I understand you can’t find the PIN or code for the free 6-month ink offer for your HP OfficeJet 8015e, you can try the following steps:
Check the Printer Box and Documentation:
- Look through all the packaging material and documentation that came with your printer. Sometimes the PIN or code might be on a card or in a small booklet.
Check Your Email:
- Search your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for any messages from HP regarding your printer purchase. The PIN or code might have been sent to you electronically.
HP Instant Ink Website:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in with your HP account credentials. There might be a section where you can enter or retrieve your promotional PIN or code.
