HP deskjet 6230
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am involved with a charity. We have been donated 2x HP deskjet printers. I want to use them without subscribing to the instant ink service. I assume that the previous owners subscribed to the service.

I bought 2x sets on new ink cartridges for the printers

Both seem to be working, but with a warning symbol displayed about non-instant ink cartridges installed - that's OK, I thought.

One now seems to have stopped printing

On on printer, I did a full reset hoping that would clear any link to the subscription service

Is there a process to ensure trouble free printing on these printers without subscribing.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
