Tried cleaning and all the other troubleshooting

I need new ink (belong to hp ink monthly) but can't find how to manually order it.

Help please!!!

Hi, following your helpful reply I was able to talk to an agent today and get e replacement cartridge organised. Maybe it's obvious how to get to an agent after the on line help but I didn't see it. Thanks again.
