Inkjet Pro 8610

Last week I installed my first Instant Ink cartridges (HP 950/951) into my HP Officejet Pro 8610 and got Cartridge Error messages on all 4.
When I called HP I was told that a manufacturer error meant some cartridges were corrupt and must be replaced. HP sent new cartridges; when I installed the replacements my printer shut down with a Printer Failure message.

I called HP again. The HP tech could not resolve the problem, so he suggested that I buy a new printer. I never had a problem with this printer before using Instant Ink. Is there anything that can be done to help resolve this problem? I cannot afford a new printer.

Hi @Grgtt,

If the issue persists, even after removing the ink cartridges it is a hardware issue you will have to look into the service/replacement options.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day!
