I have been getting charged for printing pages to check my ink numerous times. The blue generally does not appear. I have changed the cartridge twice, even though they have been full. I have cleaned the printer heads numerous times over the past several months. The paper count keeps increasing on my bill for pages I need to print to see if the ink is finally working correctly. The ink quality has not improved and I have done the steps suggested numerous time. Frustrated that I can't get quality in a printed page.
