Hi @Darkmunning,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

The error code UA_400_EB000U0410 typically indicates a communication or ownership conflict during the printer's registration process.

1. Restart the Printer

  • Step 1: Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Step 2: Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer as well as from the electrical outlet.
  • Step 3: Wait for at least 60 seconds before reconnecting the power cord to the printer and the outlet.
  • Step 4: Turn on the printer using the power button.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Step 1: Remove any loose or jammed paper from the input tray and the output tray.
  • Step 2: Open the cartridge access door to inspect the path for any paper obstructions.
  • Step 3: Gently remove any paper found inside the printer without tearing it.

3. Inspect Ink Cartridges

  • Step 1: Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Step 2: Ensure that the cartridges are correctly installed in their respective slots.
  • Step 3: Check for any ink leaks or debris on the cartridges and clean gently if necessary.

4. Verify Network and Connection

  • Step 1: Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Step 2: Check your printer's network settings using the control panel for accurate configuration.

5. Update Printer Firmware

  • Step 1: Use the HP App or go to the HP support website to check for firmware updates.
  • Step 2: Download and install any available updates.

6. Perform a Factory Reset

  • Step 1: Use the HP App or access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) via the printer's IP address.
  • Step 2: Navigate to 'Settings' or 'System' and select 'Restore Factory Defaults.'

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
