Printer continuously shows message 'remove and reinstall ink cartridges'

Hello,

Recently my printer has become very difficult to deal with. I am enrolled with instant ink. I need an answer ASAP to resolve this issue or I must cancel this and buy ink in the hope things will improve.

I am continuously getting a message on printer screen 'remove and reinstall ink cartridges'. I have done this numerous times, I have also followed all the steps from the threads which are the same as this. 

I need this resolved ASAP as I need printing done.

As I say I have tried everything. I do not have any other ink cartridge to try and maybe it is the coloured ink cartridge is the issue.
