My printer has started printing blank pages. It makes all the right noises and the pages take a while to come out. But still blank. I've tried cleaning cartridges and printing a test page (the test page only came out with the colour header nothing on rest of page). My ink is full enough. I read if you don't use your cartridges much they may need replacing. Could this be the case? I am on instant ink. Can I get new cartridges sent to me for this reason? Its a HP envy all in one printer.

Wireless, Web and Wi-Fi connections all lit up as they should be.
When requesting print (black copy)i get a blank page.
Checked for clogged ink by soaking in warm water (1/8 "deep)
Printer screen shows sufficient quantity of ink,
Attempted an info page but got only blue icons for the 3W's.
