@Mujeeb6, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Fully Clear Login Cache & Use Private Browsing

It sounds simple, but helps with the “login every few seconds” issue.

Open your browser in Private/Incognito mode.

Go to: HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site

Sign in carefully and make sure your credentials are correct.

Avoid letting the browser auto-fill if you've had multiple accounts.

Once logged in:

Check if your printer is listed.

If not, click “Add Printer” and go through the steps again.

Check your subscription tab to confirm plan, printer linked, and shipment info.

Remove Old Printer and Re-Enroll New Printer

If the old printer is still linked or blocking updates:

Log in at HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site.

Click on the old printer > Remove Printer.

Go to the new HP 4122b printer and try enrolling again.

If you're still being told “not enrolled,” try resetting your printer’s web services:

Reset Web Services on HP 4122b

On the printer, press the Information (i) and Cancel (X) buttons together to print the Network Configuration Page.

Open the HP Smart app.

Go to your printer settings.

Look for Web Services and disable it, then enable it again.

When Web Services is re-enabled, a claim code will print. Use that to re-add the printer.

Then go back to your HP account and enroll using that claim code.

Fix Account Subscription Plan Change Issue

If you cannot downgrade or change your plan:

From your account, try accessing the Plan Settings tab.

If the change doesn’t save or you continue to see errors, please let me know — I’ll help you further from here and make sure we get it sorted out.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution! It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊
