Hi @harshadhumane,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP printer is printing completely blank pages. Try these checks:

  • Check the cartridge sealing tape:

Remove the print cartridge and make sure the sealing tape has been fully removed, then reinstall it.

  • Check whether the file itself has blank pages:

Confirm the document contains printable content on all pages.

  • If copying, verify the original is loaded correctly:

For ADF loading, the original must be loaded face up. If loaded incorrectly, copies can come out blank.

  • If all pages are blank:

The cartridge might be out of toner/ink and may need replacement.

  • Print a self-test page if available:

If the self-test page is also blank, the printer may require service.

If the issue is only occasional blank pages, also try:

  • Re-align and reload the paper stack

  • Try paper from a fresh package

  • Make sure the software is not inserting extra blank pages

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
