HP OfficeJet 8012 printer is printing OK . the WiFi says excellent signal. the WiFi light is on.
I keep getting error messages on pc screen when printing
" The Printer needs attention"
Message on the printer says,
"Reconnect the printer to the internet. Cannot print with HP Instant ink cartridges very soon"
Click connect on printer, and it trys to connect then get this message,
"The printer cannot connect to web services.
I have tried re-starting the Router and the printer but still the same.
Another post sugeested activating DMZ on the router for the printer, tried that and still got same fault
Also I notice that trying to aquire email address on the printer gets a message
"could not connect to server"
What should I do now?
