1. Every now and then my printer automatically prints without anyone prompting for it to print. For instance, in the middle of last night, my printer which uses the Instant Ink program printed out 20 pages of something and nobody was printing anything. I canceled it but then it decides to print out another 20 pages of the same thing this morning,
- How do I stop my printer from automatically printing without a prompt? It's a waste of my paper and ink and money.
2. I have a like-hate relationship with the Instant Ink Subscriptions. it's based on page count and I shouldn't have to pay for a service depending on how much of my own paper is/was used especially for something I didn't authorize to print. I mean a blank page could come out and it would count. However, I like the idea of the printer diagnostics and how Ink Levels can be detected, and ink is automatically renewed.
- I get that this how it works and if I don't like then I don't have to use this service but why can't Instant Ink have a subscription option where it is based on Ink Levels and not Page Count? Who do I complain to that would care and actually take this into consideration?
