Why can't I change the category on this post to anything other than HP Instant Ink?

I've done everything recommended to fix this problem but my printer will still not print in black - only very, very faint. This is despite new HP original cartridges. When asked to realign is says it was unsuccessful.

No idea what to do next!

Hello, I've tried everything suggested and it's still not printing.

Really don't want to have to buy a new one, had this one since 2016 and always worked fine up until now.
