I bought a used hp deskjet printer from someone who already enrolled it on instant ink. Now am trying to also enroll the same printer on the instant ink so that I can start using the printer but it says already enrolled. What do I do?

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Please contact the 1st holder person and ask them to cancel their Instant Ink Account
