Hello,
I have an active Instant Ink program for 50pages /month. Today , after I've correctly installed 2 original ink cartridges arrived 05/2022 from HP Instank Ink,my HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 has well printed some pages ..so good as normal.
BUT on my HP account I received 2 Notification saying :
"The cartridges installed are NOT original ones (i.e. buyed online or in a shop) and that may causes problems for HP ink level monitoring".
Now I wonder : WHY this has happened (..never happened before) ? WHAT may I do for solving ?
