Problem with Instant Ink - free 6 months

I bought HP Envy 6000e printer with free 6 monts of instant ink, when trying to register this offer, I added the credit card, accepted the transaction with my bank and by HP Smart was again redirected to add data of credit card again. Which I did and was redirected to add it again.

My bank app displayed the autorisation twice, yet on HP Smart it was not registered. 

Could you assist me with this error? Or it's just marketing to get the printer sold and then nothing actually works?

I understand you were charged twice when registering to instant ink.

I'd recommend you contact the HP Instant Ink team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for refund-related issues.
