I have been tryhing to sign up fo HP insant ink for the last few days without luck. After filling in my credit card the site comes back to tell me it cannot be processed yet my credit card companies (I tried Amex and Mastercard) show that I have been charged the US$1 to process the billling. I don;t care about the US$1 charge - just frustrated not being able to complete my billing inspite of the US$1 bank charge 3 times of trying. HP Support number does not seem to be able to help me.  Does anyone know who I should contact and how I can complete my Instant Ink subscription?

I see that you are not able to complete the Instant Ink enrollment. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

 

Follow the steps mentioned in this document for assistance with enrollment - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

As you have mentioned that you have been charged thrice and yet you do not have access to Instant Ink, 

  • I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
