So my broadband company sent me a new router. I have spent hours and hours trying to connect this printer to it but for the life of me can't seem to do it.

I have re downloaded the software, tried to connect wirelessly, tried every step in the print out...this has been going on for 2 months. I'm at the end of my tether and about to go out and buy a new printer that won't be HP!

Can anyone help with this as i can't seem to t

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the wireless light status on the printer? (Blinking/Steady)
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
