Feb. 8th we were hacked on my cards and my bank account. Apparently I forgot to give you my new information and now i need to get the message off my printer It says "Printing will be blocked soon.. I tried to get into my account with you but I can't remember anything so I started a new account ..I printed a couple pappers and then there is the message again. Please help me, i do not know what to do.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
