I had the exact same issue today. My new month started yesterday and when I went to print today it says I have printed 45 pages between Saturday and Sunday. I did no printing in that timeframe. I am furious as HP refuses to credit me back for the pages it says I printed but didn't. I am working through the Better Business Bureau to deal with this.
