Can someone please help me. The cartridge is not communicating with he printer and I've tried several solutions but none of them have worked

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?  What exactly are the error messages?  What is the cartridge number you are having an issue with?  What solution have you tried?
