This is the complaint I posted with the virtual agent who seems to be the only agent I get to speak to because other than today I did contact HP during business hours and it was not a holiday yet no one seems to ever work. I know this is long and probably repeats but I really regret ever getting this printer and most joining this useless service because eBay is cheaper faster and I dont have to pay for months I do need ink but when I do pay guess what I GET THE F****** INK.

I can also go to any photo retailer and they will refill the cartridges I have.

Please note the only reason I dont cancel right now is I do hope the is an actual human that works for HP and they will get me what I paid for then I will go back to taking care of my printing needs on my own and quite possibly from a Canon printer

I would rate this lower if I could. I pay every month for ink which I DONT HAVE  I am out of color ink and ever time I do this even when I know there should be live agents because I can do time zone math but I only get the virtual agent which of course tells me to talk to a live person. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COLOR INK AND I AM NO LONGER FINDING THIS USFULL. All I seem to do is pay you with no benefit to me and now I have a different printer that I wasn't going to use but honestly I can get HP ink on Ebay cheaper and when I need it. I only did this because I was supposed to get what I need without any delays or situations where I can't print what I need to because I was told I would never run out before the next delivery was made. I do have black and I will ship the empties back but after I finally get to take to someone who actually breathes and can speak I think I will cancel tis is costing me more and I spend far too much time waiting on shipments and that makes the printer useless. I came back to HP from EPSOM because they always break down after a year or two but my older HP still worked just fine so I updated to this one expecting the same confidence in both printer and service so joining the ink program just seemed perfect but I have reached my limit. No live agents even when I do contact during regular business hours and the system shows the last shipment with a date in the year of 2018  Over 8 months ago and yes the address is correct now but that shipment address should have gone to. the original address and I would have moved it with everything but I NEVER GOT THE INK I can't put in words how angry I am and how I am sick of dealing with this and how the Canon printer at this point will take the HP's  place then I will decide what to do with this disappointing printer and service.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
