I have the same issue with yellow cartridge, I've too have tried all the troubleshooting steps. As a customer of Instant Ink I would like to request a replacement yellow cartridge please.

@Bual111c, I have received your message with the account information. I see that the ink levels are low in all 3 color ink cartridges hence I will ship Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow ink cartridges with express shipping. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days.

I @Kumar0307I am experiencing the same problem with a yellow cartridge. I've followed the troubleshooting advice but still showing as an error. As a customer of Instant Ink I would like a replacement cartridge please?
