My printer kept displaying an error with the colour ink cartridge. I have removed it and insert it again several times but still displayed the same message. I have tried to call HP but could not get in touch with anyone. Thanks to this forum, I have tagged myself to someone else’s message that had the same problem and a member of staff from HP got in touch with me and managed to order me an ink replacement. Hopefully will sort out the error when the replacement will arrive in few days.
