I was printing about 100 pages and the paper jammed few pages before the end.
After removing the jammed paper, the printer started printing all over again, basically consuming ALL the pages left in my instant INK account, I thought it would go on automatically from the page that jammed, I didin't pay any attention until it was too late.
Also the second print job wasn't finished because low ink and after replacing the cartridge it won't start. I will manually print the left pages but this is so frustrating, is there a way to avoid this in future? Also having my "stolen" pages in my account would be great.
I am in lockdown in Italy and I really need to print some stuff from school for my kids, I will appreciate any help you could give me.
Thank you!
