Hi

 

I just purchased and set up my HP printer, but the Instant Ink free months that were given to me is just 2 months. The ads say 6 months. Can you please clarify this for me?

 

HP DeskJet 2720 was purchased in New Zealand. 20th Oct 2021

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months.

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
