Hello, I would like to request a refund for a subscription on my HP ink Printer. I have requested for this subscription to be cancelled, however I have still been charged.  I have attached a screenshot of the invoice I am requesting to have a refund on.

Thank you,

Hi @Natalieljhg,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

Thank you for your patience. I have reviewed your Instant Ink subscription details and would like to provide you with a clear update.

The Instant Ink plan was successfully activated in the month of November. A request to cancel the subscription was raised on 11/30/2025 and it was successfully cancelled on 15/12/2025 as per your billing date, However I also see that there was 8 pages which was printed and billing was applied only for the period during which the subscription remained active.

I’m sorry to inform you that a refund cannot be processed in this case.

At this time, I can confirm that the subscription has already been successfully cancelled. As a result, there will be no further charges applied to your account for this plan going forward.

Take care and have an amazing day!
