Having cancelled the instant ink service I would like to remove my card details from my account. There appears to be no way to do this. Why? Locking users out of their own personal information strikes me as nefarious practice and nothing to do with security.

Hi @WiltshireOnce,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To remove your card details from your account, you'll need to follow the specific instructions provided by the service or platform you used to sign up for the Instant Ink service.

However, I can offer you some general guidance on how to remove your card details from an account.

  1. Visit the website or app associated with the Instant Ink service.
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
  3. Navigate to your account settings or payment options section.
  4. Look for an option to manage your payment methods or remove your card details.
  5. Follow the instructions provided to remove your card information from the account. This may involve confirming your identity or entering additional verification details.
  6. Once you have completed the process, verify that your card details have been successfully removed by checking your account settings or payment options page.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
