I cancelled my instant ink plan, but I would also like to remove my card information. I tried to remove it in billing but it only gives me the option to change payment method, how can I remove it?

Hello, Thank you for your answer, but i can not login on my HP instant Ink account anymore> it asks me to register my printer again because the account HP instant ink was canceled and i can only choose to register it again or choose a new plan.

Even when i clicked on that link you gave me  HP Instant Ink account. it redirects me to the register printer again. Can't get into billings or payments. Even from the top left menu, billing or billing information. I can see my card and adress information but the links are grayed out, can not click on it or open it.

Regards.

@Pinuz, thanks for your reply, and I completely understand how frustrating this must feel — especially when the interface seems to lead you in circles.

Since your Instant Ink account is already canceled and you're unable to access the billing section, the card removal option becomes locked. But don’t worry — the best step now is to directly reach out to HP Instant Ink Support for help.

Here’s the link to get started: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/v2

They’ll be able to securely verify your account and assist in removing your card details from their end.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Hi, thanks for the response! However, I want to completely remove the card, not change to a different card. I want to make sure I don’t get charged again. I don’t see an option to remove payment.

Hey @Tyler150,

Thank you for your response

If you no longer wish to be charged for the Instant Ink subscription, you can pause or cancel it at any time. Once paused or canceled, you won’t be billed anymore, but please note that your Instant Ink cartridges will stop working since an active subscription is required. To continue printing, you'll need to switch to regular HP cartridges.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
