I also have the same problem here but HP took 1,00$CAN on my credit card and I still don't know why. No billings, nothing.
I tryed the Instant Ink, asked advices with an agent on the phone but it seems any agent didn't know that my OfficeJet 3833 has no internet connexion WITHOUT wi-fi !!
So, I have to cancell Instant Ink because it doesn't fit. I want to remove my credit card infos and get back the money !

@Beau0 & @Cyrielle I suggest you click on the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link to access the private message box to view my message, asking for additional private information to assist you with the cancellation of the HP Instant Ink account, and removal of details, however, as @Dprint rightly mentioned and I thank you for the update, the payment information is automatically removed a month after cancellation, see below for details:

"You receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. The cancellation finalizes at the end of the current billing cycle when the final charge processes successfully."

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,

Have a great day ahead.
