I received the wrong cartridge for my printer, how can I return them?

Go to your HP Store order or the order page on the shopping site where you purchased the cartridges, then select “Get order help.” Choose Return/Exchange and explain that you received the wrong cartridges. Follow the on-screen instructions to start the return. Keep the cartridges unopened and in their original packaging, and pack them securely for return.

 

If you face any issues or confusion, contact the support team from the shopping site page where you made the purchase. You will like find contact options there. They can guide you in detail on what to do, whether by phone or online chat.
