My monthly plan renewed as usual yesterday and my roll over pages (approx. 90 prints) have suddenly disappeared.

Please can you correct this?

Here are some general troubleshooting steps that may help.

 

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the HP Rollover pages again.
  2. Try accessing the HP Rollover pages from a different web browser or device to see if the issue persists.
  3. Check if there are any updates available for your browser or device and install them if necessary.
