Hi.

Last week I checked on my Instant Ink page the number of pages (plan + rollover) I could print.

The rollover pages where 300, I have the plan of 100 pages per month.

Yesterday I printed 100 pages (more or less). Today, I checked my Instant Ink page and I saw:

- rollover pages disappeared;

- 10 sets of 10 pages used (so, I think, to be paid).

Why? Where are my rollover pages?

Thanks a lot.

Have a nice day.

Simone

My solution (unless someone from help center fixed the problem secretly):

- I wasn't aware my printer wasn't communicating with Instant Ink server directly; I thougth that when I print from a pc connected to internet, also the printer was connected to internet;

- I fixed wi-fi direct connection and now I have the correct amount of rollover pages.

Thanks a lot.

Me too. And I'm being charged for pages I'm not even using and not getting ink. 1.6.24
