I just want to know why I lost all my accrued rollover pages just because I lowered my plan to a lesser amount. I already paid for and earned those pages and I think it’s wrong for you to TAKE ALL OF THEM BACK!!! It’s not right and I won’t recommend Hp to anyone because of this.
