Happy with my basic Envy 5032 for UK home work, so bought a second for occasional use at house in France as well. Initial Instant Ink carts have been delivered to my UK address, as I don't want two accounts, but I really need the French ink supplies to go direct to the French address.

 

It looked as though I might be able to change the shipping address via CONTACT INFORMATION > CHANGE CONTACT INFORMATION > ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS, and then entering the French address instead ... but I can't change the country which is greyed-out, so can anyone advise me how to achieve my aim, please? (NB I note the cart recycling address is already in France).

Update:    The website has added an auto-link to a suggested similar query by - which I have followed through at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-instant-ink-series/5264756/model/5401249/document/c04957313

 

From the above address, this link seems perhaps to refer to a different model to my 5032 printers, and certainly there is no  'Change Shipping Information'  link (which is exactly what I need!) within any of the (four only) sub-links under 'My Account' (My Plan; Billing Information; Contact Information, and Account Settings).

 

I would be grateful for an HP Admin PM for this please.

I understand that you want the cartridges to be delivered to two different addresses linked with your instant ink account.

I am glad to assist you.

You might have to take to the instant ink support team for this, I am sending you a private message with steps to reach instant ink support. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Sorry - I'm sure I'm being stupid, but I can't find a mailbox icon anywhere on my screen, or within any drop-down menus or settings etc.

I have now re-set all settings for HP sites and the email message icon has now returned ... but no new P/Ms listed since 04/2021,
