I fear this is never being fixed. Amazing a company of this size and scope is this incompetent. No one at HP here can help.
Everyone is going to have to contact instant ink customer care. I did so yesterday (via chat) and now my entire account says error. So probably worse off...

I've got the same New Error now when I try and login. I did get and email form them:

Really!!! this is not a individual problem. Last customer service rep I talk to said a lot of people are having this issue. This is not the kind of service I will pay for.

I completely agree. What you're saying here worries me because I just contact it support via chat today oh, so I hope they don't mess up my account and I hope they get yours fixed well I hope they get all of ours corrected. I told the guy in the chat the same thing basically that you're saying that HP is way too big of a company to be having these issues.

Update. Actually they now have my shipping address on my account. So I am guessing the agent I was chatting with was able to do something adventure Ali he just couldn't do anything when I was chatting with him. But he did ask for my information so I guess he got it applied. Maybe try chatting with them again and see if they can get it resolved.

I surprisingly got a shipment notification for 4 ink cartridges this morning via email. My account still is mostly blank and has a popup saying "Something went wrong. Please try again later." But, I guess some progress has been made. Considering I am on the free trial and also got a month extra (4-months total) due to this server issue, as long as it's fixed in the next 2-3 months I am OK with it. I don't necessarily "need" to view my page counts since I am not paying for them right not.
Overall still frustrating this is happening to so many people with no real fix.

Hilariously my account showed up today with a different name and address. Luckily I was able to change it. Not sure whoever Frank from Philadelphia, CA was, but you shouldn’t be on my account. Server error seems to be gone. What a mess overall. Still didn’t get my fourth month for free as promised either.

Weird: I am now able to login and I see that the inks are being shipped to some stranger. But when I click the tracking number, it correctly shows that its being shipped to me. What a mess!
I just chatted with HP support and I shared all the details, hopefully it wont occur again!
