I am trying to enter a claim code for a couple of different printers, but I am being met with a server error which tells me to try later.

 

It has done this since Wednesday evening.

 

Are the servers down?

To assist you better, are you trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink?

 

Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

I've been trying to up date my payment method for near,y 3weeks and keep getting the same error. When speaking with support they said an update was being done but it still gives the same error, I am at the point of buying a new printer with a different company as this is beyond a joke. Obviously don't need the custom.
