Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is extremely frustrating as a shipping label is created 2 weeks ago, and guess what, nothing really has been shipped. Canada Post hasn't even received the item! So what am I here having a printer with no ink? Will I be reimbursed when I go get ink (and then the printer says non-instant ink is installed).

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
