My aftermarket cyan ink cartridge is empty.  Idk why. Signed up for instant ink and it says it isn’t shipping the hp cyan cartridge because there is a problem with my current cyan.  I can’t use my printer and how do I get the hp cyan cartridge?

Once you subscribe any installed cartridges in the printer become part of the Instant Ink plan.

 

OK -- Regardless of what happened to the cyan cartridge, the people you need to talk to now are the good folks at Instant Ink Support.

 

The problem -- if there is one -- shipments are not instantaneous:

The sooner you can talk to Instant Ink Support, the sooner the issue can be resolved.
