Nothing that I know of...waiting for @VikramTheGreat to get back to me on how to message him privately with my printer serial number - hopefully that will show something on the InstantInk servers that can explain what is happening.
Will certainly post on here if we find a solution !

If you are having trouble printing, please reinstall your ink cartridge and restart your printer. If the problem continues, contact support.

There doesn't seem to be an easy fix for this. It worked today for a while after the HP technician had run an update yesterday (which update? I don't know) at a distance with multiple stages on the computer and on the printer. Then it stopped working again. I rang back and the technician ran the update again. Fingers crossed it works tomorrow after the update has completed. I can only say once again, it is a general problem and you might all need to ring the support in your countries.

This worked for me just now.. I turned off printer.. turned it back on, removed inks, reinstalled, then it said your ink is ready and it let me print success 🙌🏽 it is working now
My advice is turn off printer.. turn it back on.. remove ink.. reinstall ink and then it should work

It just worked for me, turned printer off.. turned it back on.. then after printer was on fully I opened and took ink out and then reinstalled ink, then it said instant ink is ready.. let me know if this works for you.. I recommend turning printer off then back on then reinstall ink
