Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I power down/power up, the startup screen on my 7800 series all-in-one freezes and I can't unfreeze it. I have Instant Ink account, but no help there.
Can I get any help here?
