@SophiaChou, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly refer to this document for assistance - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
If it still does not help, perform a reset on the printer.
With the ink door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.
Now, try to enroll the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for your response.
I got stuck again during the Web Service set up.
However, no password gets printed.
Can you also provide more details on how to reset and enroll the printer after pressing and holding the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds?
Thanks

That's unfortunate. Let us perform a factory reset on the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
The process to enroll the printer is mentioned in my first post. Check the attached document.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
