Hello,
when i try to sign up for the instant ink i keep getting the message 'There was a problem finalizing your subscription.' I am the only owner of this printer and i have had it since birth.
How can this be resolved as far s i can see there i no one to contact.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the Instant Ink enrollment.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
