What has anyone done when the subscription was cancelled by mistake and you try to sign up again and it says my computer isn’t eligible anymore? I just bought this 2 yrs ago, where do I get my toner from ?

If your HP Instant Ink subscription for toner was canceled by mistake, and you are unable to sign up again because your device is showing as ineligible.

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get this sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

 

To locate your account, please provide your Instant Ink


Your registered email address


Your Instant Ink account ID


Serial number of your printer enrolled in Instant Ink
