Product: HP3636 all in one printer
Operating System: Other
Using an iPhone 7 and OS 14.2 I’m trying to update my HP firmware. If I don’t do it today,then my HP instant ink cartridges will stop working.
ive downloaded the HP APP, and everything is connected OK but when I get to the drivers/software/firmware option and choose it, the firmware option disappears.

Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
To update printer firmware, refer -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
