Cannot find how to change primary phone number in instant ink dashboard

Thankyou for trying to help but I think everybody now accepts that there is no option to edit an existing primary telephone number!!  I was told that HP will use the new mobile number if trying to contact me and not to worry - but I find it amazing that an IT company like HP can allow a member to edit everything else on one's profile settings except the telephone number.   i wonder how their opposition would handle such an easy request . . .
