macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am trying to subscribe to Instant Ink for my mother who lives in France. She has an HP account with a French address and validated French mobile number... but I seem to experience redirection madness:

 

When she is on https://www.hp.com/fr-fr/shop/offer.aspx?p=instantink and logged in: clicking the Instant Ink inscription button drives her to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/n/v3/web_enroll/printer_selection?jumpid=af_27f1a5e52b

And it shows the UK store web content and her French printer greyed out (it is online).
 
This is on a Mac running 13.5.2, in the latest Firefox 117.0.1 with a cleared cache (same issue in latest Chrome and Safari). This also happens with the Firefox language set to French... all from a French IP... is the web process using a machine locale?
 
Who in the hp.com web team might I inform of this behaviour please?

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
